With the concept of "Transcendence, Equality, Integration" and the theme of “One World One Dream,” the 13th Paralympic Games will be held in Beijing from September 6th to 17th, 2007.The organizer of these games, the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad (BOCOG), will promote the development of disability awareness to a new stage, call for people with disabilities to participate in various cultural activities, show their exceptional creativity and mighty value, and thus develop their strength to add vigor and vitality to social progress.
