HORC's Growth Objectives:
HORC desires, through a wide spectrum of scenarios of action and research work, to make itself one of the strongest bases and think-tanks in the service of the Olympic movement in China.
1. Scientific research: Carry out substantial research concerning the Humanistic Olympic Games, lead the domestic effort and strive to be a major task force in the world.
2. Training; Implement training programs, foster high-calibre research workers and provide short-term programs for volunteers and indeed, turn HORC into the headquarter of volunteers training in China.
3. Academic Exchange and Data Build-up: Sponsor national or international conferences, build up data and archives and play a pivotal role in both connections.
4. Counselling Service: Undertake major research projects and attract within its fold competent research workers from the society and render counselling service to different levels of governmental organs and resolves to be one of the best think-tanks in the field of the Humanistic Olympic Games studies.
